Shipping

We are pleased to offer free domestic ground shipping on orders $75 or over! For all other orders, we provide flat rate $8.75 ground shipping to the contiguous United States. We aim to dispatch standard ground shipping orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends or public holidays. You may also select overnight or 2nd day air delivery for a $45.00 fee (service depends on location). All express orders must be received before noon EST to be shipped within 1 business day, and are not eligible for weekend delivery. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need further assistance with this, please contact us at hello@paloroma.com and we would be happy to help. 

We currently ship within the USA only. 

Returns 

For safety reasons we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged. If there is any problem with the product you receive, please contact us at hello@paloroma.com within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange. Items must be sent back unopened and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
