What does clean beauty mean at Paloroma?

Any ingredients that are considered toxins or are irritating are on our no! no! no! list. It seems obvious, but you'd be surprised how many of these are still commonly used. Among the thousands of ingredients we would never consider using in Paloroma, all of our products are free of parabens, phthalates, silicones, sulfates, dyes, petrolatum, and fragrances. Not only do we not believe in perfumes for children, we discovered that the majority of fragrances in products are nontransparent formulations that even the distributor doesn't know the ingredient breakdown of. It's mind-boggling. Beyond all this, our products are formulated without dairy, soy, or gluten, and all are vegan. Paloroma is made right here in the USA—Vermont, to be specific. This was important to us not only from a quality point of view, but also in terms of sustainability. We made Paloroma because, as parents ourselves, we couldn't find something for our own children that we could trust and relate to. We made it for our family, and we're excited to share it with yours!

What is your shipping policy?

We are pleased to offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $50! For all other orders, we provide flat rate $8.00 ground shipping to the contiguous United States. We aim to dispatch standard ground shipping orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends or public holidays. You may also select overnight delivery for a $30.00 fee. All overnight orders must be received before noon EST to be shipped within 1 business day, and are not eligible for weekend delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details. Please note, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders ship from our warehouse in Chicago. Shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the USA only. 

What is your return policy?

For safety reasons we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged. If there is any problem with the product you receive, please contact us within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange. Items must be sent back unopened and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
